Complaints

General

We sincerely trust that all of our sessions are run in a professional manner. We have carefully formulated a strict set of policies and procedures to assist us in providing  safe and fun surf life saving sessions within guidelines governing our conduct and behaviour.

We pride ourselves on being one of the most highly skilled surf life saving clubs in the country. Although we are new, and small, we have insisted on a very high standard of training for our club officials, and they are all qualified to execute their roles with confidence and competence.

However, if we have fallen short of our own high expectations, we would very much welcome your comments. Our complaints procedure requests that you first make you complaint to the club secretary, in confidence to  (Juliet Mitchell) mullionslsc@talktalk.net. It is hoped that the complaint can be dealt with satisfactorily in an informal manner. If however, you wish to make a more formal complaint, this would need to be in writing as further investigation may be required.

Safeguarding

Mullions SLSC takes the subject of safeguarding very seriously. All club officials are DBS checked and we operate in accordance with the SLSGB safeguarding policy and training.

However,  it is essential that lines of communication are always open and should you have any concerns with regard to safeguarding matters, please raise them in the first instance with our safeguarding officer Lorraine Brown, mullionslscsafeguarding@tiscali.com
